The invention is related to a protective cover (1) to prevent possible problems that may arise if the air flow is forgotten to be opened when the sample tube is being positioned into the device. The protective cover (1) subject to the invention comprises a clamp (2) which is mounted to the opening of the barrel (10), enabling to position the sample tube into the barrel (10) after the cover opens by means of the air flow that is created, and seals off the opening of the barrel (10) by closing on its own when said air flow is shut off.
