A water vapor concentration in a test gas in a first space of a measurement space in which a sample is disposed is adjusted, and a water vapor concentration in a carrier gas in a second space separated from the first space by the sample is measured by a measurement unit. Thus, it is possible to analyze not only the amount of moisture permeating the sample but also the ease of moisture accumulation, so that characteristics of the sample can be widely analyzed.
