PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of an unnecessary alert.;SOLUTION: Provided is an alert control program which causes a computer to execute processing of: assigning a work W to a first responder X; setting, as a first time limit L1 of the work W, a timing going back from a processing time limit DL of the work W by a time corresponding to a predicted time TY1 which is required for a second responder Y whose processing of the work W is faster than the first responder X to execute the processing of the work W; executing an assignment 22 of the work W to the second responder Y by outputting an alert 21 when it is detected that the first time limit L1 has expired before completion of the processing of the work W; and setting, as a second time limit L2, a timing going back from the processing time limit DL of the work W by a time corresponding to a predicted time TY2 which is required for the second responder Y to execute the processing of the remaining work W while the work X is assigned to the first responder X, when it is detected that the processing of the work W has been progressed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
