PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building ventilation system with an air conditioning function that improves efficiency of heat exchange between air circulating in an underground pipe and underground heat, and can greatly enhance an air conditioning effect in a building using heat exchange between air from outdoor and underground heat.;SOLUTION: There is provided a building ventilation system with an air conditioning function in which air from outdoor is introduced to an underground pipe 1 buried in the ground and circulated by a blower, the air is caused to exchange heat with underground heat, and the heat-exchanged air is used for the air conditioning of the building. The underground pipe 1 is a double pipe. A plurality of small holes 4 for jetting air to the outside are formed in the lower part of an inner pipe 2 of the underground pipe 1. The air 5b jetted from the small holes 4 are caused to collide/come into contact with an inner wall surface of an outer pipe 3 opposed to an outer wall surface of the inner pipe 2 with a distance of about 20-70 mm in between.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
