PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-to-work joint structure of column end, a fixing structure of column, and a joining method of column of end part capable of installing and fine adjustment of a column member even when a horizontal member is erected above and/or below.;SOLUTION: A joint structure 1a of a column end includes: a column 3 which has an insertion hole 5 extending in a length direction on an end face and a first pin hole 11 perpendicular to the insertion hole 5; a connecting body 6a configured to be entirely inserted, which is fixed in the insertion hole 5 in a state a part of which is protruding from the insertion hole 5; a first drift pin 8 for fixing the connecting body 6a to the column 3; a fixation hole 7 in which the protruding connecting body 6a is inserted; a horizontal member 4a having a second pin hole 15 perpendicular to the fixation hole 7; and a second drift pin 9 for fixing the connecting body 6a to the horizontal member 4a. The column 3 is formed a slit 10 larger than the protruding length of the connecting body 6a in a length direction from the end face.
