PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether a user actually displays target content on a display device of a terminal and, particularly in the case that the target content is a moving image, whether a browser views the target content, without requiring an excessive load nor a special device configuration.;SOLUTION: An object display area is provided near content being a detection target of display time, and an object distribution request signal is periodically transmitted on a condition that the area is displayed in a display frame of a terminal. Thus, content viewing time can be grasped by transmission from the terminal.
