PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental management device, an environmental management program and an environmental management method capable of reducing usage of electric power for managing an environment.;SOLUTION: An environmental management device includes: a state acquisition section for acquiring actual measurement values of a temperature and humidity of outside air and forecast values of the temperature of the humidity after elapse of a predetermined time; a deviation degree calculation section for referring to a storage section in which a condition for defining a predetermined environment is stored and calculating a first deviation degree indicating a degree of deviation of the actual measurement values from the condition and a second deviation degree indicating a degree of deviation of the forecast values from the condition; and a control section for controlling an air-conditioning related facility in accordance with a trend of a change of the deviation degree that is determined based on the first deviation degree and the second deviation degree.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
