PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woking record sharing device capable of efficiently sharing important information among users, and a woking record sharing method and a program thereof.;SOLUTION: A woking record sharing device 10 includes: an input receiving unit 11 for receiving input of a working record by each user for each of the plurality of users; a personal web site providing unit 12 for providing a personal web site for each of the plurality of users; a sharing web site providing unit 13 for providing a sharing web site for presenting information to be shared among the plurality of users; a managing unit 14 for, when the personal web site has been accessed by a user other than the user who has inputted his or her working record, recording access contents and notifies the user who has inputted his or her working record of the recorded access contents; and an information transcription unit 15 for, according to an instruction of the user, transcribing the contents of the personal web site in which the working record of the user who has made the instruction is presented to the sharing web site.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
