PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for analyzing a medical image, imparting order of priority to the medical image, visualizing, and reporting the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a system for reading and processing a medical diagnostic image including the steps of: determining whether or not each of one or more images from an image database or an imaging device is a medical matter of concern for a diagnostic reading doctor by using a system for photograph analysis, imparting of order of priority, visualization, and reporting ("PAPVR system"); determining whether or not one or more images represent images; and providing one or more images for a display and analysis system for image reading by the diagnostic reading doctor. The PAPVR system can provide one or more images with a main image representing the images. In addition, the PAPVR system detects whether or not a patient has contracted a specific disease, and can provide the diagnostic reading doctor with quantitative information about a patient's condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
