PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device and a motion analyzer which can be used for long time by reducing electric power consumed by communication performed between the measurement device and the motion analyzer.;SOLUTION: A motion analysis system 1 comprises: a measurement device (sensor unit 10) including an inertial sensor 11 measuring motion; and an analyzer (swing analyzer 20) including an analysis part (swing analysis part 211) acquiring output of the inertial sensor and performing analysis. The analyzer transmits a communication condition with the measurement device to the measurement device on the basis of setting of a user 2.
