PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel insecticide protein, nucleotide, peptide, a plant in which to express same, a production method for the peptide, a novel process, a manufacturing technique, a novel formulation and a process for increasing the production quantity of an insecticidal peptide using a novel organism or yeast expression system.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to and discloses peptides and genes thereof derived from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) used in a variety of formulations and combinations and includes a selective endotoxin which we call cysteine rich insecticidal peptide (CRIPS), and a toxic peptide known as inhibitor cystine knot (ICK) gene and peptide, and an endotoxin in which for example, another type of insecticidal peptide is combined such as the peptide sequence of trypsin mediated oostatic factor (TMOF). Both genes and peptides are useful in controlling insects.SELECTED DRAWING: None
