PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a migration factors that guide pluripotent stem cells (Muse cells) useful for novel medical applications to a site of injury, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the migration factor for promoting tissue regeneration in regenerative medicine using Muse cells.SOLUTION: Receptors expressed specifically in Muse cells compared to non-Muse cells were identified and it was confirmed that ligands for the receptor could be used as a migration factor. In the present invention sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) was identified as the migration factor, and thus the pharmaceutical composition for guiding pluripotent stem cells to a site of injury comprises S1P as the active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: None
