WASTE HEAT COLLECTION BOILER AND CLEANING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat collection boiler which can clean the inside of piping at a low cost and in a short period of time, and its cleaning method.;SOLUTION: A waste heat collection boiler 1 has: a storage part 50 for storing cleaning liquids containing neutral rust removing agents; cleaning piping; a pump 30 for making the cleaning liquids circulate to the cleaning piping; a measurement part for measuring water levels of the cleaning liquids in steam drums 11a to 11c; and a valve V1 for adjusting the water levels of the cleaning liquids in the steam drums 11a to 11c to a prescribed water level. After the cleaning liquids are supplied to waste heat collection parts 10a to 10c until the steam drums 11a to 11c are filled with the cleaning liquids, the supply of the cleaning liquids to the waste heat collection parts 10a to 10c is stopped, and the inside of the waste heat collection parts 10a to 10c is immersed with normal temperature cleaning liquids for a prescribed time, or the inside of the waste heat collection parts 10a to 10c is immersed with the cleaning liquids for the prescribed time while the normal temperature cleaning liquids circulate therein.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
