PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whitening agent for pets which realize sustaining antifouling property and antimicrobial property for a long period by directly applying the agent to pet teeth, since the duration of a rinse effect is very short although there is a mouse rinse for pet.;SOLUTION: A phosphoric acid titania type compound is selected as an antifouling material or an antibacterial material. The antifouling antimicrobial agent for dog's teeth filled in a poly bottle 1 is obtained by melting powder type phosphoric acid titania type compound 3 as a solute in HCIO water (highly concentrated hypochlorous acid water) 2 as a solvent. By applying the antifouling antimicrobial agent for dog's teeth to the tooth, phosphoric acid titania type compound 3 coated on the tooth surface oxidatively degrades pollution and bacterium only with oxygen and moisture in the air in the mouth, even if there is no light and always continues exerting strong antifouling and antibacterial effects. Sodium polyphosphate is also selected as a whitening material.
