PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and the like that can estimate behaviors such as visiting shops or purchasing products/services, from information easily impacted by the personality or the habituation of a user.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a program to cause a computer to work, including the means of: model storing means that stores by associating use probabilities of estimated behavior items on the basis of products/services with driving characteristics of each user on the basis of vehicle information; and estimated behavior item selecting means that selects estimated behavior items corresponding to the use probabilities from the driving characteristics of users by using the model storing means. The model storing means stores a model established by machine learning using teacher data in which the previous estimated behavior items of a user and the driving characteristic of the user are associated. Moreover, the driving characteristics are segmented for each type of roads and/or for each type of traffic congestion corresponding to the position of a vehicle on a map, and the model storage means stores the different use probabilities for each estimated behavior item in accordance with the type of roads and/or the type of congestion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
