PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product profit and loss comparison device and a product profit and loss comparison device that can easily and highly frequently repeat evaluation of a profit rate on a product and can respond immediately to a fluctuation in a market price.;SOLUTION: A product profit and loss comparison device 1 includes a product information storage unit 2, a market price storage unit 3, a selling price storage unit 4, a price information calculation unit 52, and a priority determination unit 53. The product information storage unit 2 stores a type of a material constituting each product and a weight of a member. The price information calculation unit 52 calculates a material cost 9 on the material from the material type, the material weight, and a market price on the material. Further, the price information calculation unit 52 calculates a rate of the material cost 9 to a selling price as a material cost ratio 10, and calculates fluctuation magnitude of the market price for the material as a price variation amount 19.
