To provide a urethane curable organic binder which can advantageously impart a casting mold which is improved in rigidity and a moisture adsorption resistance characteristic, to provide the casting mold urethane curable organic binder which can effectively suppress the lowering of the rigidity of the casting mold caused by being neglected after molding, to provide a casting mold sand composition which can impart an excellent casting mold characteristic using the urethane curable organic binder, and to provide the casting mold which is molded by using the casting mold sand composition, and has an excellent characteristic.SOLUTION: A urethane curable organic binder is constituted of two liquids of an A-liquid with a polyol compound as a main component, and a B-liquid with a polyisocyanate compound as a main component, and used for molding a urethane-system casting mold. The A-liquid contains a reaction product of a basicity silane compound and a hydrofluoric acid as a constituent component, and its water component content is 0.1 to 15 wt%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
