PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRA (frequency response analysis) system which identifies frequency characteristics of a plant.;SOLUTION: An FRA system (2) which identifies frequency characteristics of a plant (3) calculates, for an input (U) of a power dimension of the plant (3), a difference value U' through a first difference unit (14) and then calculates a frequency response U'(ω) through a first DFT operation unit (16), and calculates, for an output (Y) of a position dimension of the plant (3), a difference value Y' through a second difference unit (15) and then calculates a frequency response Y'(ω) through a second DFT operation unit (17).
