PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical map output device, a technical map output method, and a program, which enable a user to easily edit items of a technical map once output.;SOLUTION: A technical map output device includes: a document information storage unit configured to store document information; an identifier storage unit configured to store items of each axis; a document identifier storage unit configured to store information associating documents with items; a correspondence determination unit configured to associate each document with each item; a technical map constitution unit configured to constitute a technical map; a technical map output unit configured to output the technical map; an editing instruction receiving unit configured to receive a user's editing instruction; an axis changing unit configured to change the axis in accordance with the editing instruction; and a classification change unit configured to change the correspondence between the document and the item in accordance with the change of the axis.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
