PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a zero lap action in gas pressure control while making a nozzle flapper type three-way valve movable without sliding a movable element in relative to a stationary element.;SOLUTION: In a nozzle flapper type three-way valve 10, a flapper 30 is moved and driven in an axial direction by a movable magnet type drive mechanism 40 including a permanent magnet 44 which is fixed to the flapper 30 and a driving coil which is fixed to a three-way valve housing 12. The flapper 30 is supported at both end sides in an axial direction by a radial support spring 32 at one side and a radial support spring 34 at the other side. A nozzle 60 at one side faces one end of the flapper 30 in the axial direction, and a nozzle 64 at the other side faces the other end. At both the end sides of the flapper 30 in the axial direction, an end side of the flapper 30 in the axial direction presses the nozzle 60 at one side and the nozzle 64 at the other side in a neutral state by an O-shaped spring 70 at one side and an O-shaped spring 72 at the other side.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
