PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions which have hair loss prevention function or hair growth function and contains a fermented solution obtained by fermenting a mixture of Houttuynia cordata, Perilla frutescens leaf, and green tea leaf which are natural materials, and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition having hair loss prevention function or hair growth function using natural materials. According to the invention, by providing a composition which has hair loss prevention function or hair growth function and which contains a fermented solution obtained by fermenting a mixture in which Houttuynia cordata, Perilla frutescens leaf, and green tea leaf are mixed, and a production method thereof, as well as a pharmaceutical composition which has hair loss prevention function or hair growth function and which contains the composition as an active ingredient, this can be utilized for various pharmaceuticals and health functional foods which have hair loss prevention function or hair growth function, and has no side effects because of using natural materials, having excellent effect on hair loss prevention function or hair growth function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
