PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a shaking quantity, i.e. a shaking perception quantity that a viewer who observed shaking video perceives with high precision.;SOLUTION: A shaking perception quantity estimation device 1 comprises: a motion-vector-by-area detection part 10 which detects a motion vector; a motion area number imparting part 40 which imparts a motion area number; a horizontal/vertical ratio calculation part 50 which obtains a horizontal/vertical ratio of a motion area; a horizontal/vertical component correction part 60 which corrects horizontal and vertical components of a moving vector with the horizontal/vertical ratio; a spatial frequency energy calculation part 80 which obtains corrected spatial frequency energy; an inter-motion-area correlation value calculation part 90 which obtains an inter-motion-area correlation value; an inter-motion-area-internal-border correlation value calculation part 100 which obtains an inter-motion-area-internal-border correlation value; a short-time-shaking-energy-by-motion-area calculation part 110 which obtains short-time shaking energy for each motion area; and an in-time-window total shaking energy calculation part 120 which obtains total shaking energy in a time window.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
