PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester based resin foam sheet capable of obtaining a container having high heat resistance and increasing the productivity of the container.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic polyester based resin foam sheet comprising: a thermoplastic polyester based resin; and one or more kinds of crystallization acceleration agents selected from an inorganic crystallization acceleration agent and an organic crystallization acceleration agent, characterized in that, in a DSC curve obtained by performing the second heating up from 30 to 110°C at a heating speed of 100°C/min using a heat flux differential scan calorimetry (DSC) and holding the same at 110°C for 30 min, the time (crystallization time) till a time in the peak top A of an exothermic peak shown at the latest time from the time at which the second heating up is started is 14 min or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
