PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object person terminal, a priority determination terminal, a priority determination method and a priority determination program for determining priority of rescue in short time to a plurality of rescue object persons who are considered to require the rescue.SOLUTION: A rescue terminal 20 of a rescue plan presentation system 1 is provided with a rescue priority determination part 22 which determines priority of going toward each object person among a plurality of persons on the basis of a latest piece of critical degree information among pieces of critical degree information showing a critical degree which is a degree that a body of an object person is in a critical condition. A rescue object person terminal 10a is provided with: a critical degree calculation part 14 which calculates a critical degree showing a degree that the body of the rescue object person is in the critical condition on the basis of biological information including body temperature information showing body temperature of the object person, and electrocardiographic waveform information showing an electrocardiographic waveform of the object person; a data accumulation part 17 which mutually associates and accumulates object person information including position information of the object person and time when the biological information of the object person is acquired; and a rescue object person information transmission part 18 which transmits the critical degree information showing the critical degree and the object person information to a terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
