PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller, a power supply control system, and a power supply control method, capable of stabilizing an output such as suppression of distortion of an input current input to a power conversion device, or suppression of a ripple of an output current output from the power conversion device.SOLUTION: A power supply controller comprises control means of controlling so as to make an input voltage and a phase of a polyphase current input to a power conversion device, an amplitude of an output current of the power conversion device derived on the basis of the characteristics of a resonance circuit, and a phase and an instantaneous reactive power of the output current approach a control target as much as possible. The amplitude of the output current of the power conversion device is derived from a target output voltage waveform eliminating a high-order component from a step-wise waveform derived on the basis of the input voltage and the phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
