PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit for air exhaust device capable of further reducing the possibility of dew condensation generating on a door of a show case than before while reducing a cooling load of the show case, and to provide an exhaust system.;SOLUTION: A control unit 200 for an air exhaust device 300 includes: an acquisition device 210 for cooling articles stored in a storage, and for acquiring information related to generation of dew condensation on a surface of a show case including a door for opening/closing an opening of the storage; and a controller 220 for lowering an output from the air exhaust device 300 provided in a kitchen room having a space continued to an indoor space in which the show case is provided, when it is determined that the possibility of dew condensation generating on the surface of the door of the show case has increased from the information acquired in the acquisition device 210.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
