PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road facilities management support device for intuitively simply expressing a status of reality at the site by three-dimensionally displaying it to support road facilities management, and a road facilities management support program.;SOLUTION: When coordinate axes α1, α2, α3 set a specified virtual three-dimensional space, a superposition unit 10 superposes both or one of three-dimensional point group data and a road image in which a position of a pixel is corrected by the three-dimensional point group data and three-dimensional road facilities data, and associates these display objects with a coordinate axis of a virtual three-dimensional space set by a virtual three-dimensional space setting unit 16, a height correction unit 12 corrects height of a road surface on a display screen such that the display object can be displayed in the display screen in the virtual three-dimensional space. A display control unit 22 displays an image of an extent subjected to perspective projection on a screen S set in the virtual three-dimensional space by controlling a suitable display device.
