PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape automatic sticking device and adhesive tape automatic sticking method which can automatically stick an adhesive tape with low adhesiveness to a substrate.;SOLUTION: An adhesive tape automatic sticking device 10 sticking an adhesive tape 13 on a substrate 12 includes: a substrate placement part 11; a tape sticking unit 20 which sticks the band-like adhesive tape 13 on the substrate 12 placed on the substrate placement part 11; and a movement device 30 which moves the tape sticking unit 20 in parallel with respect to a surface 11a of the substrate placement part 11 above the substrate 12.
