PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast member or the like that achieves the execution easily and can suppress some cracks.;SOLUTION: Prestress by a tendon 11 is introduced to a precast member 1. An anchor part 12 is provided to an end face of the precast member 1. The anchor part 12 is comprised of a cylindrical body 121, a filler 124, an anchorage portion 125, a sheath 127 or the like, an end part of the tendon 11 is penetrated through the cylindrical body 121 with rigidity, and a distal end of the tendon 11 is fixed to a tip part 121b of the cylindrical body 121 in the state of strained condition.
