PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of presenting, to a proposer, proposal candidate information including a proposal according to preference of a customer, even when a reaction determined from a customer response to a question is different from a reaction determined from biological data of the customer to the question.SOLUTION: The proposal candidate presentation device includes: a biological reaction information generation part; a dialogue content information generation part; a correspondence determination part; a proposal candidate generation part that, when it is determined that a customer reaction based on the biological reaction information is positive and the customer reaction based on the dialogue content information is positive, generates proposal candidate information representing at least one proposal to the customer on the basis of the customer response to the question; and a re-question generation part that, when the customer reaction based on the biological reaction information and the customer reaction based on the dialogue content information do not match, generates first re-question information representing a first re-question having the same perspective as the question.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
