PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable apparatuses that are connected to communication networks using different communication protocols, to communicate with each other while using an open flow technology.;SOLUTION: A control device 50 for a flow switch comprises a condition information registration part 51 and a processing information registration part 52. In the case where condition information and processing information are stored in a storage part 61 while being associated with each other and a content of communication information from a first device 71 to a second device 81 meets a condition of the condition information, a flow switch 60 processes the communication information. When the first and second devices successively use first and second protocols, the condition information registration part registers first and second addresses representing addresses of the first and second devices with the first protocol while associating them with each other as the condition information.
