PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and high-safety QOL improving agent for improving the health of mind which can be easily ingested.;SOLUTION: There is provided a QOL improving agent containing sulfur-containing amino acid, particularly a QOL improving agent containing one or more types of sulfur-containing amino acid selected from cycloalliin, S-methyl cysteine sulfoxide, S-propyl cysteinesulfoxide, S-allyl-L-cysteinesulfoxide, and S-1-propenyl-L-cysteinesulfoxide.
