PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerogel laminate complex that has excellent heat insulation performance and can be thinned, and a heat insulation material provided therewith.SOLUTION: An aerogel laminate complex 10 includes a laminate 5 at least including an aerogel layer 2 and a support 3 having a heat ray reflection function or a heat ray absorption function, and a joint member that prevents the aerogel layer 2 and the support 3 from being separated from each other.
