PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a left object monitoring device, a left object monitoring system, and a left object monitoring method that can control an alarming time according to the degree of suspicion or the degree of danger of a left object.SOLUTION: In a system 1, a left object monitoring device 3 comprises: an image acquisition part 11 which acquires picked-up images of a monitoring region picked up by an image pickup device 2; an object tracing part 21 which detects an object appearing in the monitoring region from the picked-up images, and traces each detected object among the picked-up images; a left object detection part 22 which detects an object which is not displaced for a predetermined time or longer as a left object based upon a tracing result of each object detected by the object tracing part; a leaving person detection part 24 which detects, when the left object is detected, the leaving person of the left object based upon a distance to the left object; a separation distance detection part 26 which detects the separation distance between the left object and leaving person based upon a tracing result of each object; and an alarming time control part 13 which controls an alarming time from detection of the left object to alarming.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
