PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circulation system which has high convenience.;SOLUTION: The electronic circulation system includes: an extraction unit for extracting at least a portion of data of a database; a business form generation unit for generating a business form which is based on the data extracted by the extraction unit and can undergo an input; a circulation control unit for generating an e-mail including a link to the business form generated by the business form generation unit to transmit the business form to a circulation destination; a display control unit for causing a display unit of the circulation destination to display the business form in accordance with an operation to the link in the circulation destination which receives the e-mail transmitted by the circulation control unit; an input acceptance unit for accepting an input to the business form displayed in the display unit; and a business form update unit for updating the business form in accordance with an end of the acceptance of the input to the business form by the input acceptance unit.
