PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood glucose level measuring device capable of accurately measuring a blood glucose level using light, a blood glucose level calculation method, and a blood glucose level calculation program.;SOLUTION: A blood glucose level measuring device includes a light source 11 for outputting measuring light L1 input to a living body 50, a light detector 12 for detecting the measuring light L1 propagated inside the living body 50, and generating a detection signal according to the intensity of the measuring light L1, and an operation part for obtaining time deviation between a temporal change in a first parameter on oxygenated hemoglobin concentration and a temporal change in a second parameter on deoxygenated hemoglobin concentration based on the detection signal, and obtaining data on a blood glucose level based on the time deviation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
