PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility side device, power management device, power management system, power management method, and power management program, capable of suppressing power consumption or power supply with improved accuracy.SOLUTION: A facility side device comprises: an acquisition unit for receiving a suppression instruction on power consumption or power supply using a power generator; and a reporting unit for reporting response information showing whether or not to obey the suppression instruction received by the acquisition unit. The reporting unit, in the case of reporting the response information showing disobedience to the suppression instruction, reports cause information associated with a cause of the disobedience to the suppression information, together with the response information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
