PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating grease behavior observation method for a rolling bearing in which a lot of pieces of information are available about the use state of a lubricating grease, with little influence of additive quality and amount on lubricating grease characteristics, and which allows clear determination with naked eyes in what condition it is efficiently used for lubrication.;SOLUTION: A discolorable lubricating grease G1 charged in the rolling bearing before operation is changed from the state in which a part (a) of the compounding particulate coloring material is aggregated to the uniform dispersion of a discolorable lubricating grease G2 after the operation of the rolling bearing, for example, it changes from orange color to yellow color due to a change in all dispersed state, and the color change of the lubricating grease before and after operation of the rolling bearing is observed to estimate the shear history of each part and the degree of stirring.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
