PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a detection system using stable endogenous control, identify tumor-specific circulating miRNA, and by increasing the usefulness and precision of assessment, reduce the amount a sample collected.;SOLUTION: The assessment method of cancer is characterized by measuring the expression level of microRNA (Ago2-miRNA) formed by Ago2 and a complex in a blood sample obtained from a subject.
