PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of hot water medicine or health supplementary food capable of enhancing drug effect or functionality by maximizing extract amount of a target material which is a main component of the hot water medicine or the health supplementary food, and a manufacturing method of the hot water medicine or the health supplementary food using the same.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of hot water medicine or health supplementary food and a manufacturing method of the hot water medicine or the health supplementary food using the same, include a first unit 100 for boiling down for first time by accommodating a first mixture in which a target material for manufacturing an extract and water are mixed at a constant ratio and heating the first mixture to a first temperature, a second unit 200 for separating first residue from the first extract generated by boiling down the first mixture in the first unit, then drying and pulverizing the same to powder the same, and a third unit 300 for accommodating a second mixture by blending a first remaining powder and the first extract, heating the second mixture at a second temperature and boiling down the same for second time.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
