PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transfer to the side of a discharge port of mixed rice straw chips by restricting a mixed rice amount under the action of a restrictor.;SOLUTION: This invention comprises a hulling device (3) and an oscillation sorting plate (15) and is provided with a mixed rice tank (7) that reserves mixed rice hulled by the hulling device (3) and a delivery gutter (16) that receives mixed rice discharged out of the mixed rice tank (7) to supply the same to the oscillation sorting plate (15), where the delivery gutter (16) comprises a levelling valve (19) that adjusts a mixed rice amount supplied to the oscillation sorting plate (15) of a plurality of stages, a separator (20) that separates mixed rice and straw chips discharged out of the mixed rice tank (7) to leak the mixed rice down to the side of the levelling valve (19), and a straw discharge port (21) that discharges straw chips sorted by the separator (20) out of the delivery gutter (16), and is provided, in the middle part of the separator (20) and at a position away above from the separation plane, with a mixed rice restrictor (22) that restricts mixed rice in a predetermined or larger amount from being transferred to the side of a transfer terminal of the separator (20).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
