PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquaculture preserve of larvae or fry or young fish of sea eels that can breed the larvae or fry or young fish of the sea eels at an extremely high survival rate and can reduce consumption of energy, and also provide an aquaculture method from the larvae to adult fish of the sea eels.SOLUTION: A sea eel aquaculture preserve is configured by: filtering seawater with a filtration device 5; generating ozone with an ozone generator 19 and sterilizing the filtered seawater; warming the sterilized seawater with a warming device 7; generating nano-bubbles to the seawater with an ozone nano-nozzle device 9 to make ozone nano-seawater when supplying the seawater warmed and sterilized with the warming device 7 and the ozone generator 19 to a fish preserve 1 by using a seawater supply pump 8; supplying oxygen to the ozone nano-seawater by using a bubble nano-nozzle device 13c; and supplying the seawater discharged from the fish preserve 1 to the filtration device 5 and circulating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
