PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flapper valve which can be locked so as not to loosen a cover body to a valve body, and an oil supply port closing device using the flapper valve, in an oil supply port closing device making a pressure regulating valve built in the flapper valve assembled with the cover body and the valve body.;SOLUTION: A flapper valve is supported so as to rotate with respect to a device body of an oil supply closing device which is fixed in the inside of an oil supply pipe and is equipped with an oil supply port. The flapper valve has a cover body, a valve body, a pressure regulating valve, a lock body, and a pressure regulating valve spring which energizes the pressure regulating valve. The pressure regulating valve, the lock body, and the pressure regulating valve spring are built between the cover and the valve body while the cover body and the valve body are assembled. The lock body is hooked to the cover body while being energized to the cover body by the pressure regulating valve spring, and is hooked to the valve body so as to prevent the rotating of the lock body to the valve body.
