PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CNT sheet having excellent mechanical strength (for instance, high tensile strength), a thermoelectric conversion material using the same, and a thermoelectric conversion element.;SOLUTION: A CNT sheet comprises a CNT assembly composed of a plurality of CNT having a layer structure of at least one layer. The CNT sheet is such that: a proportion of the total number of each multilayer CNT having any layer structure of 2-6 layers, occupied in the number of the total CNT constituting the CNT assembly is 70% or more; the CNT assembly contains at lease one additional element selected from boron and nitrogen, and the content ratio is 1-20% at an atomic number ratio to carbon atoms contained in the CNT assembly; and at least part of the additional element is covalently bonded to carbon atoms constituting the CNT.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
