PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a platform door unit which can reduce a cost on installation of a platform door more, a terminal device used in installing the platform door unit on a platform, and a platform door system.SOLUTION: A method for installing a platform door system 1 includes a platform door unit installing step and a setting step. The platform door unit installing step includes installation of a part of a plurality of platform door units 2.
