PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomoxetine hydrochloride-containing capsule agent having improved leachability of components.;SOLUTION: A capsule agent contains atomoxetine hydrochloride. The capsule agent contains at least one sugar alcohol selected from the group consisting of mannitol, maltitol, erythritol, xylitol, sorbitol, and lactitol, or alternatively, contains the sugar alcohol and at least one starch selected from the group consisting of starch, pregelatinized starch, partially pregelatinized starch, hydroxypropyl starch, and sodium carboxymethyl starch.
