PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mammographic apparatus which appropriately displays a site of interest in a three-dimensional image even when CT imaging is performed with a breast held in a breast holding part.;SOLUTION: There is provided a mammographic apparatus which comprises a gantry 30 including a radiation generation unit 10 for generating radiation and a radiation detection unit 12 for detecting radiation projected from the radiation generation unit 10, and which can rotate the radiation generation unit 10 and the radiation detection unit 12 with the radiation generation unit and the radiation detection unit facing each other. The gantry 30 includes an opening 20 through which a breast of a subject is inserted, and a breast holding part 34 which hold the breast of the subject inserted through the opening 20.
