PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter-collision treatment device capable of increasing the efficiency of atomization due to collision between fluids and being realistically and easily performed in an industrial production line.;SOLUTION: In a counter-collision treatment device: jetting from respective nozzle tips 9a, 9b is tried; the screw 17 of a nozzle cap 15 is loosened; a nozzle holder 8b is rotated; the nozzle tip 9b is rotated around a jet direction Y as a rotation center in a state that the jet direction Y is constant and invariable; as a result, a crossing point Z always crossing with an angle exists in the vicinity of the cylindrical center axis A of a cylindrical body protective ring 3; and the rotation of the nozzle holder 8b is stopped when finding the point Z.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
