PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite coating film that blocks ultraviolet and infrared light and transmits visible light and has photocatalytic activity.SOLUTION: A photocatalytic composite coating film includes: an undercoat layer 2 that contains a fine particle powder of peroxotitanic acid and an infrared blocking agent formed on a substrate 3; and a photocatalytic layer 1 containing anatase-type titanium oxide formed on the undercoat layer. In the photocatalytic composite coating film, the infrared blocking agent is at least one kind selected from antimony oxide, tin oxide, indium oxide, gallium oxide, indium oxide, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, niobium oxide and fluorine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
