PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thermoelectric conversion material having stable characteristics and also having a high dimensionless thermoelectric figure of merit ZT and a method of producing the same; a thermoelectric power generation module; and a Peltier cooler.;SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a thermoelectric conversion material including: a substrate including PbTe; and nanoprecipitates including at least one element (M) selected from the group consisting of C, Si, Ge, and Sn in the substrate. The thermoelectric conversion material may include at least one element (A) selected from the group consisting of group 1 elements, group 11 elements, and group 13 elements, and also may include at least one element (X) selected from group 17 elements.
